Pressure membrane filter and key components
The LSM membrane developed and produced by ourselves is pure tetrafluoroethylene tube porous membrane. It can effectively remove inorganic impurities like calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide, natural organic matters like bacteria, algous residual and humic acid and mechanical impurities in water.
Scope of application : Purification of water, waste water treatment
Main characteristics:
Acid and alkali resistant, antioxidant, not aging and can endure a temperature as high as more than 250 ℃.
The surface of the membrane is smooth, not adhere and easy to clean. The time to clean membrane,which is very short and calculated in seconds, makes the filtration run constantly. At the same time, teflon is a kind of high-strength material, so the life of filter material is much more than general filter materials.
The special tube overall structure has no phenonemon like membrane peeling,tearing and erosion and has high efficiency and long lifetime.
Product performance:
The membrane pore size is 0.22-0.5μm and can realize true surface microfiltration.
The filtration pressure is low and is not more than 0.15MPa generally.
The amount of processing is more than 0.4M³/h.
The water yield ss is less than 1mg/L .

The pressure membrane filter can endure a temperature generally between 60℃ to 80℃ based on different materials.
The pressure membrane filter uses its own tank and valve in valve pneumatic switch of filter, it also uses rubber tank with stiffener inside it to prolong the service life.
